STAY SAFE, PROTECT YOURSELF AND OUR COMMUNITY
As the COVID-19 situation develops around the world and in Myanmar, we would like to remind all our guests to stay safe and continue practicing measures to ensure their health is taken care of. There are also steps we can take to minimize our exposure to the virus while protecting our own communities at large.
It’s more important now than ever to ensure the information we read online about the pandemic is accurate and from reliable sources. Here are some effective ways you can help to stop the spread. Be sure to share it with friends and family; together, we can overcome this.
Practice social distancing
Maintain at least a 1-metre (3-feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Avoid social gatherings
Spend less time or avoid going out in public and attending social meet-ups as much as possible.
Practice respiratory hygiene
When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or use a tissue.
Stay home
If you are unwell, you are required to isolate yourself and stay at home until fully recovered.
Seek medical care
If you are showing any signs or symptoms accompanying a fever, seek immediate medical attention.
Use a mask
Wear a mask only if you are coughing or sneezing. Before putting on a mask, clean hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water. View our complete guidelines here and follow us for more updates on COVID-19 and travelling in Myanmar.
Be sure to also stay tuned to official announcements by the World Health Organization. Our responsibility is to make sure that we protect ourselves and also the community around us.
